ORIENTATION SPONSORS: NEWB & THE BUDDY PROGRAM

The New Employee Welcoming Board (NEWB) and the Buddy Program are in place to help you, the new employee, feel welcome on your first day of work. A NEWB buddy sponsor or Human Resources Representative will meet you in the morning and after the orientation session has ended. They are available to escort you to your new office, answer any questions you may have, and help you become acclimated to the Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC).

Your assigned orientation buddy will be a GSFC Employee who is familiar with center resources. Be assured that you will be in good hands! The orientation sponsor through the buddy program is another way we at GSFC hope to make you feel welcome and comfortable while you get adjusted to your new workplace.
