    YOUR INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN (IDP)

Once you arrive for work, you will work with your supervisor and your training office to identify your training and developmental needs. These needs will be documented in your individual development plan (IDP). Also, as a new employee, you will be asked to complete a variety of required training courses and activities that will be documented in your training curriculum. Both your new employee curriculum and IDP will be created and maintained in the agency's new learning management system. This system is scheduled for deployment in late 2005.
